What is this?
As someone already participating in the Paid Video Call arrangement, you are perfectly placed to introduce the concept to people you know.
This personal recommendation of my services allows the new person to skip much of the concern around 'is this a scam', or 'will I really be paid' - you can offer them that reassurance, as someone they already trust.
That kind of introduction, for me, is a truly excellent way to start a new arrangement with someone I've not spoken to before, and something I believe deserves some kind of reward.
That first conversation, introducing the idea to someone new can be a little awkward sometimes, I know that - so I created the 'Referral Scheme', in an effort to try and compensate you for going to the effort of making that introduction.
I would be happy for you to receive a percentage of all the earnings this new person receives from me, for a set period of time. They won't lose out at all - the money you receive will not be taken from them.
The percentage you'll receive, and the length of time the arrangement stays in place are both negotiable - if you think you might have someone in mind, please do let me know - you should have my contact details already!
